Growth and Modernisation
Over the years, we have never stopped flour production. AI-AR LLP has grown from a small mill into a large-scale grain elevator, milling and pasta complex. The company introduced:
- Automated process-control systems.
- Modern Italian equipment from Ital Past.
- An in-house laboratory for rigorous control of every grain batch.
Today
We now produce 350 tonnes of flour and 15 tonnes of pasta products every day. Our range includes more than 50 products, including zhajma and kespe. We are proud to be known as a stable and reliable partner that puts people and values first.
