Today, AI-AR LLP is a fully operating grain elevator, milling and pasta complex with a daily capacity of 350 tonnes of flour and 15 tonnes of pasta products. The complex includes a grain elevator, mills, a pasta factory and its own laboratory.
The technological processes at the mills are fully automated. The site has all the equipment required to receive, dispatch, dry, process and store raw materials and finished products. It also has a dedicated rail siding, a fleet for 50 vehicles and a 2,000 kW transformer substation. The company employs more than 130 people.
Production lines make short-cut pasta, zhajma, kespe and nest-shaped pasta. The range includes more than 50 products. Packaging equipment supports pack sizes from 200 g to 10 kg. Pasta is produced on Italian Ital Past equipment with a capacity of up to 10 tonnes per day.
